Her real estate license was procured 25 years ago. Earlier in her career, she worked in commercial real estate, finding sites for national chains, including T-Mobile, Walgreen’s pharmacy, and Publix Supermarket. After locating the sites, and gaining tenant approvals, she was responsible for writing, and presenting contracts to landowners. Negotiation and deal-making skills were her forte.

Six years later, she was presented with an opportunity to develop a residential community.  She planned, built, and sold homesites in a 15-acre luxury residential subdivision. As part of the listing service, she used her design skills to prep, and stage select high-end homes. The homes Debbie decorated sold more quickly and with maximum returns, successfully merging her passion for real estate and design.
